Regrettably, IRATA has received information of an incident which has resulted in the death of a rope access technician during their normal working operations. This incident was reported by a member of the Australasia RAC on the 2nd of June 2023 and an investigation by authorities is underway. We will make information available as we recieve it, when investigations are concluded.
