Are you passionate about global collaboration, stakeholder engagement and driving industry standards in the rope access sector? IRATA International, the world’s leading authority in industrial rope access, is looking for a Regional Officer to play a pivotal role in connecting our regional committees with our global leadership.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of IRATA’s international operations, where you will:

  • Act as the key link between our Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) and IRATA Head Office.
  • Coordinate and support committee meetings, ensuring smooth operations and strong follow through.
  • Provide insights on regional trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion IRATA’s mission worldwide, building trust, fostering collaboration, and amplifying our brand presence.
  • Support international strategies, events, and initiatives to keep IRATA at the forefront of safety, growth, and reputation.

What we are looking for:

  • A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with committees or stakeholder groups in a professional setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence in managing agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation skills are a must.
  • An IRATA rope access qualification (desirable) and strong demonstrable industry knowledge.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally on occasion and a strong appreciation for cultural diversity.
